Why yes indeed! There's also a flat rate shipping rate for worldwide orders, so you'll never need to worry about paying more for shipping based on where you live or how much you've bought! Yay!

How long will it be before I get my new goodies?

All orders are shipped out via UPS MAIL within 1-3 working days, and will usually arrive at USA and CANADA 1-3 working days, Australia 3-6 working days. To destinations anywhere else in the galaxy, it usually takes about 10 working days, but this is just a rough estimate and can be affected by things such as holidays, international customs procedures and the weather.

Can I track my order?

Yep,  when your new goodies are shipped you'll receive a tracking number and order confirmation by email!

 

My parcel has been lost or damaged, what should I do?

Never fear! Drop me an email via the Contact page and we'll get this sorted, we don't accept returns, in case the product is lost or damaged, you will receive another item. keep in mind in case of damage, customer has to contact us within 3 days of receiving the package.

Um, there's an extra ring/gemstone/necklace in my parcel that I didn't order...

This is the exact opposite of a problem! Don't worry, it's just my gift to you for being so gosh dang wonderful. Enjoy! (;

Absolutely not! It's bad karma, and if you'd like to unsubscribe from my emails, you can do so via the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of all correspondences. No hard feelings babe! You might miss out on discount codes and promotions, though! Oh, and I can't actually see your credit card info or PayPal login credentials or anything like that, in case you were wondering! 

How will I know your site and payment channels are secure ?

That's a very valid question! we accept only Paypal, the most secure payment Gateway out there, Paypal has an amazing buyer protection policy that guarantees your money back in case the product is damaged or if it doesn't arrive in the period we promised.
