First an foremost - AMAZING customer service.
Absolutley love my bag - An oustanding peice!
The only thing i would call out as a possible learning is the weight. She's a little on the heavy side. The leather is oustanding in quality, but with beautiful look of quality comes the need to use a thicker leather. Hence the weight.
Also - if each peice is made to order, perhaps offer different options for metal finishes on the bag?
